Deciduous forests and fields route

Diverse mountainbike route starting in Lautenthal through the Oberharz and the Harz foreland with fields and various forests: The tour starts with a ascent from the Innerste valley and a downhill to the Harz foreland. Here the route leads along fields into a hilly area with dense deciduous forest, which are lush green in summer. Over fields it goes back to the Harz edge and then with an ascent with beautiful views above the town of Bad Grund back to the Oberharz. The route now leads to the small town Wildemann and follows the Innerste river from here along the valley back to Lautenthal.
