Nine dam tour
Mountainbike tour in the Oberharz starting in Wildemann along many lakes and canals of the UNESCO World Heritage Oberharzer Wasserregal: The tour starts with a longer ascent through the Spiegelthal valley to Clausthal-Zellerfeld with some beautiful views and along the first ponds of the UNESCO World Heritage 'Oberharzer Wasserregal'. From there, the route crosses the town of Zellerfeld and leads over a few small hills until it goes on a single trail along other ponds and canal paths to Hahnenklee. From Hahnenklee, the route leads downhill into the Innerste valley near Lautenthal. The tour follows the course of the Innerste river with a slight final ascent through the valley back to Wildemann.

The route is planned so that it can be traveled all year round and in all weathers. Nevertheless, it can happen that due to occasional forestry work in the forest, paths are temporarily closed or have to be pushed in parts.
